Community Consultations

The Prevent 2 Protect Hub serves as a catalyst for innovation and the incubation of promising practices. The Hub team provides case consultation and expert advice regarding a range of topics to assist community efforts in the prevention of school violence. Consultation services are focused on supporting professionals working with adolescents are at risk of engaging in targeted violence.

Through a virtual community of practice, the Hub team, in collaboration with Safe and Sound Schools and the project’s advisory board, share best practices in the prevention of adolescent targeted violence and collaboration with Michigan stakeholders to offer training and professional development to help support community management of complex cases .

Prevent 2 Protect’s consultation services team uphold a “no wrong door” policy and an unwavering commitment to prevention, intervention, and rehabilitation.
